השימוש ב-לידר, המופעל על ידי DM Sales Agent, כפוף לתנאים אלה.

השירות

השירות מספק סוכן בינה מלאכותית שעונה להודעות פרטיות באינסטגרם בשם בעל העסק, לפי ההגדרות שהוא קובע.

אחריות בעל העסק

• לעמוד בתנאי השימוש ובמדיניות של Meta ושל אינסטגרם, ולהשתמש בשירות רק בחשבונות שבבעלותו או שהוא מורשה לנהל.
• לוודא שהמידע וההנחיות שהוא מזין נכונים וחוקיים. התשובות נוצרות על ידי בינה מלאכותית ועלולות לכלול טעויות, ובעל העסק אחראי לבדוק אותן ולפקח עליהן.
• לא להשתמש בשירות לשליחת ספאם, להטעיה או לכל מטרה בלתי חוקית.

זמינות

אנו פועלים לזמינות גבוהה אך איננו מתחייבים לשירות רציף וללא תקלות, בין היתר משום שהשירות תלוי בפלטפורמות של צד שלישי.

הגבלת אחריות

במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, DM Sales Agent לא תישא באחריות לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי, כולל אובדן עסקאות, הנובע מהשימוש בשירות.

סיום

בעל העסק יכול להפסיק את השימוש ולמחוק את חשבונו בכל עת. אנו רשאים להשעות חשבון שמפר תנאים אלה.

Use of Leader, operated by DM Sales Agent, is subject to these terms.

The Service

The Service provides an AI agent that replies to Instagram direct messages on behalf of a business owner, according to the settings they define.

Business owner responsibilities

• Comply with Meta's and Instagram's terms and policies, and use the Service only with accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Make sure the information and instructions you provide are accurate and lawful. Replies are AI-generated and may contain mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing and supervising them.
• Do not use the Service for spam, deception or any unlawful purpose.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, in part because the Service depends on third-party platforms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DM Sales Agent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost deals, arising from use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
