בעלי עסקים

1. מחיקה מלאה: בלוח הבקרה ← הגדרות ← "מחיקת החשבון וכל המידע". החשבון, ההגדרות, השיחות, הלידים ואסימון הגישה לאינסטגרם נמחקים מיד ולצמיתות.
2. ניתוק אינסטגרם בלבד: בלוח הבקרה ← הגדרות ← "ניתוק". אסימון הגישה נמחק והשירות מפסיק לקבל ולשלוח הודעות.
3. מתוך אינסטגרם: הגדרות ← הרשאות אתרים ← אפליקציות ואתרים ← הסרת לידר.
4. בפנייה במייל: dmsalesagent001@gmail.com. הבקשה תטופל תוך 30 יום.

אנשים ששלחו הודעה לעסק

אם שלחת הודעה לעסק שמשתמש בשירות וברצונך למחוק את השיחה, פנה לעסק או אלינו במייל dmsalesagent001@gmail.com עם שם המשתמש שלך באינסטגרם ושם העסק. הבקשה תטופל תוך 30 יום.

Data Deletion

Business owners

1. Full deletion: in the dashboard, Settings → "Delete account and all data". The account, settings, conversations, leads and Instagram access token are deleted immediately and permanently.
2. Disconnect Instagram only: in the dashboard, Settings → "Disconnect". The access token is deleted and the Service stops receiving and sending messages.
3. From Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove Leader.
4. By email: dmsalesagent001@gmail.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.

People who messaged a business

If you messaged a business that uses the Service and want that conversation deleted, contact the business or email us at dmsalesagent001@gmail.com with your Instagram username and the business name. Requests are handled within 30 days.
